Hello and welcome! My name is Anastasia. I was born in Russia, grew up in Germany and am now living in the beautiful city of Copenhagen. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from the Technical University in Dresden (Germany), which is currently in the process of receiving recognition from the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice.

Methodology:
My education is mainly based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally to that I am currently doing an education in systemic therapy, which mainly influences my therapeutic approach and choice of methods.
